Furry Friends Welcome
We understand that pets are part of the family! Your pets are welcome to join our community at The Oliver.
- The Oliver welcomes two pets per apartment.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for the 1st pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd pet.
- Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
- Maximum weight, 50 lbs per pet.
- Aggressive breed restrictions apply.
